The 6th generation of Honda Stepwgn is grandly launched! Added dual-motor mixed energy!
Honda has launched the sixth generation Stepwgn, coming along with three options: the minimalist Air, the sporty Spada and the luxurious Spada Premium Line. The appearance of the short front has become squarer under the newly designed headlights and ghost mask. The cabin is equipped with an 11.4-inch multimedia screen, with fewer buttons and more pleasing to the eye, and the second row of seats can be equipped with an Ottoman independent design.
Power system
The 1.5-liter turbocharged engine produces 150 hp and 20.7kgm of torque. The 2.0-liter engine of the e:HEV model can output 145 hp and 17.8kgm of torque, while the motor outputs 184 hp and 31.2kgm of torque.
e:HEV dual-motor hybrid version of the 6th generation Honda Stepwgn
The technology is the same as the Fit / Jazz e:HEV version, with the engine only intervening during high-speed cruising. In terms of appearance, the appearance of the 6th-generation Honda Stepwgn is as disclosed earlier in foreign countries and has returned to the box-shaped design like the first generation. At present, the manufacturer still announces the full size of the new car, but it is known that the length, height and wheelbase will be the same. There is a significant increase, and the center of gravity of the platform is lower, which not only enhances the compartment space, but also improves the driving stability. The new 6th generation Honda Stepwgn has three rows of 7 and 8 seats. The Premium version has two independent “Ottoman” executive chairs in the middle row, and the rear row can still be hidden under the platform. The new dial is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen with Honda Connect multimedia system included, and the wave stick is changed to button operation.
